Just as most gameing consels allow older games to be played, so does pivot. But again, consels do not allow newer games to work on older systems. The same goes for pivot.

DD modded(Dark Demon modded) is a pivot version edited by the famouse Dark Demon forum. No clue how they did it, but they did improve alot of pivot 3 beta.

I don't know ALL the things they changed, but here are some...

- Some glitches fixed(not sure about specifics)
- Changed the .gif saver to operate just as pivot 2.2.5 does
- Changed the default .stk (the one you see at startup) to the same one in pivot 2.2.5

Everything else is the same I guess.

I suggest you use pivot 2.2.5 even thought it can't use sprites (pivot 3 can.)
There are really no glitches in pivot 2.2.5 and it doesn't lag at all no matter how many .stks are on the board.

However... if you DO want to use pivot 3, I suggest DD modded becouse it is the best of the beta that we have so far. I also suggest you save often as the program crashes and fails to save sometimes.
