EDIT: I dont think Moderators can change names ... But Admins can im pretty sure,
Well I know already that admins Can change name,
But i was wondering Should we make a Topic Were you can request a name change?
Its Completely Up to you guys, (admins)

I think that would be a great idea! So that way instead of PMing a mod you can just post to change your name.
Although I think that it would get bumped ALOT. Lets say a guy requests to change his name. Then everyone is fine for about 2 months. Then a new user wants his name to be change. What does that equal? UBER BUMPAGE! So if they do do that maybe they should sticky it. Still, it's a great idea.
