This for allows posting of just like 1 animation at a time if the user wants to so i'm unlocking this.

I have wintnessed sites that allow this. It works out fine since most people perfer a topic anyway. Me on the other hand, I perfer this way becouse I grew up from low beginner to my current rank now of low interz with these rules.

So ya... might change it l8r but w\e. Need some feedback from the staff members.
